Win a fully funded CPD qualification in Esports Education!
EStars, in partnership with FirstBank Nigeria, is launching a Teacher Scholarship & Mentorship Competition to support educators who want to bring digital skills and esports education into their schools. We are offering five teachers in Nigeria the opportunity to win a fully funded place on the Business of Esports CPD qualification (EStars x The Open University) — a 24-hour professional development course worth £500 — plus mentorship and practical support from EStars.
Educators and school staff in Nigeria who are passionate about:
• Digital skills and future careers
• Student engagement and innovation in education
• Introducing structured esports programmes in schools.
Applicants must meet one of the following FirstBank criteria:
New account holders:
Open a FirstBank account during the campaign period and deposit ₦20,000.
Existing account holders:
Maintain a minimum account balance of ₦50,000 during the competition period.
Submit either:
A 1–2 minute video or a written statement answering three questions:
1. Introduce yourself and your school
2. Why you would like to complete the CPD qualification
3. Why digital skills and esports matter for Nigerian students.
